    • Procurement gets a formal quotation from the published price list.
  2. On the day

    • Only people on your list can sign in; organisers have their own roles.
    • Personal data is limited to what the occasion needs.
    • Our ops desk works with your named contacts.
  3. After

    • Records export to you at the end.
    • Accounts and data are deleted on request or at the agreed retention date.

FAQ

Questions reviewers ask

Do you support SAML single sign-on?

No, not today. Sign-in is by one-time code to a phone or work email, an employee code, or an issued ID and PIN. We say this before the security review, not during it.

Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificates?

No, we do not hold them. Our security overview describes the controls we have in place, and we answer questionnaires item by item.

Where does attendee data go and who owns it?

Your organisation owns it. It is used only to run the occasion, exports to you at any time and is deleted on request or at the end of the agreed retention period.

Is there a public API?

No. Data moves through exports, Google Sheets, Airtable and webhooks, which most reviews find easier to assess.
