Employee code login
MRs sign in with the employee code and password from the HR file; a Confirm it's you step shows their division and HQ.

Illustrative scenario · Sales kickoffs & R&R nights
An illustrative plan, not a meeting we have run: how Sociana would run a two-day national cycle meeting for 1,200 medical representatives of a pharma company. MRs sign in with their employee code, follow division-wise sessions, answer product quizzes that are opened from the stage, and climb division and HQ leaderboards. Sales training sees, by division and HQ, who attended and what they got right.

Every cycle, a mid-sized pharma company gathers its field force to launch the next quarter's focus brands. Product managers present detailing points, the medical team explains the science, and sales training needs to know whether the messages landed. Paper quizzes take a day to mark and nobody looks at them again. Leadership also wants energy in the room, which usually means a quiz with a microphone and a few people shouting.
The plan puts the quiz on every MR's phone. Each division gets its own question set for its brands, opened from the stage one question at a time, and scored the moment answers come in. Division and HQ leaderboards create friendly rivalry, and managers are kept off the boards. The same data, exported after the meeting, tells training which brand messages need another round in the field. Content stays internal: the app carries nothing meant for doctors.
Modules
Each module exists in the platform today. Where a public screen exists, it comes from another Sociana app and is captioned with that app's name.

Division groups scope break-out agendas, question sets, notices and boards; managers form their own group outside the rankings.
Concept, not a screenshot
Your division
Trainers write questions per brand, mark the right option and make each one visible from the stage; answers score in seconds.

Boards by MR, HQ and division, fed by quiz points, session scans and feedback.

Quick polls on field objections, shown live in the ballroom so product managers hear what MRs actually face.

Plenary and division break-outs on one agenda, each MR seeing their own hall.

Detailing aids and the cycle's focus-brand sheets as documents MRs can reopen in the field.

A themed crossword on the focus brands for the evening, scored on the same board.

Quiz results per question, brand and division, and attendance per session, exported for sales training.

Timeline
For the organiser
Which focus brand's messages landed, by division and HQ, from answers rather than impressions.
Scan-ins per session, so a manager sees which MRs missed the brand they will sell most.
Trainers open questions and polls from their own phones without walking to the AV desk.
Risks
MRs forget the password.
Resets through the help desk during the meeting, and a test login the week before.
A question has a wrong answer key.
Medical review signs off every question; a disputed question can be removed and points adjusted by hand.
Managers top the board.
Manager accounts sit in their own group, excluded from rankings.
Promotional content leaking outside the company.
Sign-in is limited to employee codes, and documents sit behind that sign-in rather than on a public link.

Questions
Not this one; it is an illustrative plan. The in-app quizzes and leaderboards it uses ran at the Zydus Wellness annual conference and the NAM India strategy meet, and those screens appear here with captions.
Yes. Divisions are groups, and question sets, agendas, notices and boards are scoped to each group.
No. The app stays live for twelve months, so the next cycle runs in it with new content.
