Sociana Season Leaderboards: common questions

What is a Sociana Season Leaderboard?

It is one leaderboard across several events of a programme, such as a kick-off, an offsite and an annual day. Points from games, sessions, hunts and steps add up by person or team.

Can we exclude staff and organisers?

Yes. Staff and organisers can be excluded from ranks, and admins can adjust points with a note when something needs correcting.

Does it show during talks?

No. Boards show at break time and on phones, not over the speaker. That rule comes from the town-hall pack.

Can it run a sports day?

A bracket and heats builder with a sports-day LED board is coming soon. Today points from each event feed the same team board.

Will results post to Slack or Teams?

Recognition posts to Slack or Teams are coming soon. Results can already be exported and shared after each event.
