By industry

How it looks at your kind of event

Every event uses its own industry kit: weddings never show sponsors, and only the organiser’s approved names and logos appear.

Exhibitions and launches

Title sponsor on the gateway, exhibitors by hall, offers and vouchers per stall.

Conferences

Partner tiers from the sponsorship sheet, leads only for paid partner slots.

Weddings

Not used. A wedding has no sponsors and no lead capture.

What it does not do

  • A lead exists only when the visitor chose to share.
  • Native CRM sync is not claimed: leads move through CSV, Google Sheets or webhooks.
  • Competitor marks never appear in a stall’s slots.

What it costs

Priced per event by the number of exhibitors.

FAQ

Sociana Lead Capture: common questions

What is Sociana Lead Capture?

It is exhibitor lead capture in the Sociana event app: a visitor shows their own QR, the exhibitor scans it, rates the lead and adds a note, and exports the consented leads to CSV, Google Sheets or a webhook.

What makes a lead consented?

The visitor chose to share their contact with stalls when they joined, and shows their own QR at the stall. Only those scans count as leads, so exhibitors follow up with permission.

Does it sync to our CRM?

Leads move to any CRM through CSV, Google Sheets or a webhook. There is no native CRM sync.

What do sponsors get?

Sponsor zones and reports are live. A per-sponsor report with game-round plays, dwell time and leads by tier is being built.

Is lead capture used at weddings?

No. Weddings have no sponsors and no lead capture; the couple's own names, photos and colours are the only branding.
