How Joota Chupai Heist plays
On their phones
One side hides the groom’s shoe (or a founder’s mug, a trophy, a product sample) on a map of real places and plants decoys; the other side follows three clues while the hiders slip in fake clues in a chase. Everyone can vote the ransom.
On the host console
Runs the three acts. Versions replace the shoe with a founder’s mug, a sales trophy, one sample across nine stalls, a dean’s roll book or a retreat teacher’s chappals.
On the big screen
The map of places, the clue trail, the ransom vote and, in the finale, both captains’ cards flipping at the same moment.
How it ends: If it is not found, the room votes the ransom up on the big screen. The finale is Split or Steal: both captains choose in secret and the cards flip together.
The full description from the games team
The ritual families already fight over, as a three-act heist the whole hall can follow. One side hides the groom’s shoe (or the founder’s mug, the trophy, the product sample) on a map of real places and plants decoys; the other side follows three clues while the hiders win a chase to slip in fake clues. Not found? The room votes the ransom up on the big screen. The finale is Split or Steal: both captains choose in secret and the cards flip at the same moment.

Raj, Simran, Bauji and the rest are an illustrated sample cast, not real people. At your event the same game carries your own names and photos.
