Sociana Play · Phone game + LED wall
Venue Explorer
Find your way around a venue: a staffed Expo Guide kiosk, a Brand Walk with a stamp card, or a Venue Tour on the big screen.
A staffed kiosk or big-screen experience, not a phone game: our team sets it up and runs it on site, and we play it with you live in a guided demo. The camera stays on the kiosk and nothing is saved unless the guest chooses.
The moment it is built for: Every phone holds a stamp card of circles; each stop is a ten-second moment, a rubber-stamp seal lands on the card, and the big screen flies to the next zone of the hall.

How Venue Explorer plays
At the kiosk
At the Expo Guide kiosk, type a stall, brand or room and a route draws itself across the hall, with the turns written out; one tap sends it to the phone, no app and no sign-in. On the Brand Walk, a stamp lands on the card on the phone at each stop.
On the host console
Sets up the hall, the stops and the exhibitors and sponsors that appear. Our team runs the kiosk and the big screen on site.
On the big screen
A clean hall the visitor reads from the door, with the route drawn in teal; or a ten-second moment at each stop; or the camera walking guests through the venue zone by zone, with a calm card at each place.
How it ends: The Venue Tour ends with a thank-you, not a scoreboard, and phones just watch. At weddings the Brand Walk becomes the Love-Story Walk: the couple’s places, never a sponsor.
The full description from the games team
One engine, three ways to use a venue. The Expo Guide is a kiosk that finds any stall or pod and draws the route on the floor. The Brand Walk turns every banner into a stop with a ten-second moment, and a stamp lands on the guest’s card on their phone. The Venue Tour lets the camera visit each zone of a venue in turn.
Ready-made versions by occasion
Each version comes with its own story, wording and look. Watch the one closest to your event.
- Exhibition
Expo floor stamp card: nine stops, nine stamps
Visitors walk the hall and play a ten-second moment at each banner. Any answer earns the stamp; a full card is ready for the prize draw.
At the kiosk: “Walk the hall with a stamp card: one short question at each banner, and a stamp for every stop.”
The story in the demo
BuildTech Expo at Pragati Hall. Lumen Home has stall B12; Chutki walks the hall with a stamp card, Mandira points the way, Preeti runs the stall.
Raj, Simran, Bauji and the rest are an illustrated sample cast, not real people. At your event the same game carries your own names and photos.
How to run Venue Explorer at your event
- Pick the version. Choose the exhibition version or another occasion’s, then add your names, photos, questions and colours.
- Put up the big screen. Open the big-screen link in any browser on the laptop connected to the LED wall, projector or TV.
- Guests join. Guests walk up to the staffed kiosk and follow the prompts on its screen. Nothing to install, no sign-up, and the camera stays on the kiosk.
- Run it from the console. Sets up the hall, the stops and the exhibitors and sponsors that appear. Our team runs the kiosk and the big screen on site.
- The finish. The Venue Tour ends with a thank-you, not a scoreboard, and phones just watch. At weddings the Brand Walk becomes the Love-Story Walk: the couple’s places, never a sponsor.

Questions people ask
Is the Expo Guide a phone game?
No. It is a staffed kiosk. Visitors type a stall, brand or room there, and can send the route to their phone with one tap.
Can sponsors appear on it?
Every hanging cube, banner and screen in the hall carries your exhibitors and sponsors. At weddings the Brand Walk never shows a sponsor.
How long does Venue Explorer take?
Runs all through the event. An exhibition or expo floor, a convention hall, or a wedding venue tour. The Expo Guide and the Venue Tour are staffed kiosk and big-screen experiences; only the Brand Walk stamp card is on guests’ phones.
How many people can play Venue Explorer?
1+ recommended, up to 1,000 phones. Guests drop in when they like; it runs in the background all event.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code and play in the phone browser. The big screen is a web page on any laptop connected to the LED wall, projector or TV, and the host runs it from a console on a phone or laptop.
Can Venue Explorer carry our names, photos and branding?
Yes. At a wedding it carries the couple’s names, photos, monogram and hashtag (never sponsors); at a company event your logo, colours, values and team names; at a booth your product and brand. We set it up with your content before the day.
Why is there no self-serve trial of Venue Explorer?
It needs a microphone or a camera and real AI, which a simulated trial cannot show honestly. Watch the self-running version, then book a short guided demo where we play it with you live.
How is Venue Explorer priced for an event?
Per occasion, by the games chosen, the number of screens and the days on site. Send the date, city and rough guest count with the form on this page, and we reply with an itemised quote within one working day.
