Sociana Play · Corporate and HR
Team building games for large groups, from 100 to 1,000 people
Most team building games break past fifty people; these do not. Each runs on every phone at once, puts teams (departments, regions, tables) on one leaderboard and shows the whole hall on the big screen. For 100 to 1,000 people, start with a quiz show, add a team photo race and keep a live wall going between sessions.
Written for planners and agencies choosing for a client: what to run, when, for how many. 7 games, each playable in your browser from this page.

What changes when the group is big
Network first: confirm venue Wi-Fi or mobile coverage for every phone at once, and keep a laptop on a wired connection for the big screen. Keep rounds short (20-second questions), switch on teams so people play for their table, and use one QR on the big screen plus one on every table card.
If you are planning this for a client
For event agencies running annual days and kick-offs, these are the formats that do not need breakout rooms or extra staff: one host console, one big screen, everyone plays.
