How Baraat Conga plays

Guests

On their phones

Steer their own line with one thumb, collect dancers and avoid bumping into other lines; a bump scatters your dancers for everyone. In the last level, bumped guests join the dhol section and drum on the beat.

You

On the host console

Starts the procession and picks the edition: the groom’s procession, an offsite team parade, a Pujo bhasan conga or a hostel parade. Teams share a colour and pass through each other.

The room

On the big screen

A shared procession ground with every guest’s line moving at once, across three levels: an open lane, a bazaar with stalls and a closing road.

How it ends: The finale lights every phone in the winner’s colour. There is no AI.

The full description from the games team

A shared procession ground on the LED: up to 100 guests each steer their own line with one thumb, collect dancers and avoid bumping into other lines (a bump scatters your dancers for everyone). Three levels: an open lane, a bazaar with stalls, and a closing road where bumped guests join the dhol section and drum on the beat to push the line they back. The finale lights every phone in the winner’s colour. Teams share a colour and pass through each other. No AI.

Ready-made versions by occasion

Each version comes with its own story, wording and look. Pick one to start a free trial with it already set up.

  • Wedding

Baraat Conga — the groom’s procession

Every guest leads a baraat on the big screen. Steer with your thumb, collect dancing cousins, bump into nobody. Lane, mela, then the mandap road closes in; bumped lines join the dhol section. Bride’s side vs groom’s side.

On the phones: “Every guest leads a baraat on the big screen: collect dancing cousins, bump into nobody, reach the mandap.”

  • Offsite

Team Parade — the offsite conga

Every colleague leads a parade across the offsite: collect teammates, steer round the coffee carts, and do not bump the sales squad. Breakfast lawn, the stalls, then the all-hands stage closes in.

On the phones: “Every colleague leads a parade across the offsite: collect teammates, steer round the stalls, reach the stage.”

  • Festival

Bhasan Conga — the Pujo procession

Every guest leads a para’s procession to the ghat: collect the dhunuchi dancers, steer round the pandals and phuchka stalls, and keep the line together while the river bank narrows. Bumped lines join the dhakis.

On the phones: “Every guest leads a procession to the ghat: collect the dancers, steer round the pandals, keep the line together.”

  • Campus fest

Fest Conga — the hostel parade

Every student leads a hostel’s conga across campus: collect the freshers, swerve round the canteen and the cycle stand, and survive the crowd closing in on the main stage at fest night.

On the phones: “Every student leads a conga across campus: collect the freshers, swerve round the canteen, survive the stage crowd.”

The story in the demo

Raj & Simran’s wedding near Amritsar. Raj’s baraat dances from the haveli gali through the sarson mela to the mandap road; Pops dances at the front; Chutki leads the bride’s side; Kuljeet tries to cut in.

Raj, Simran, Bauji and the rest are an illustrated sample cast, not real people. At your event the same game carries your own names and photos.

  2. Put up the big screen. Open the big-screen link in any browser on the laptop connected to the LED wall, projector or TV.
  3. Guests join. Guests scan the QR code on the screen or on table cards and play in the phone browser. No app, no sign-up.
  4. Run it from the console. Starts the procession and picks the edition: the groom’s procession, an offsite team parade, a Pujo bhasan conga or a hostel parade. Teams share a colour and pass through each other.

Questions people ask

How many guests can lead a line?

Up to 100 guests, each steering their own line on the same procession ground.

Can we play in teams?

Yes. Teams share a colour and pass through each other, so a team’s lines grow together instead of bumping.

How long does Baraat Conga take?

About 5–10 minutes per game (3 rounds by default, 75 s each). Before the baraat or the sangeet dance floor opens, at an offsite parade or a fest night.

How many people can play Baraat Conga?

10+ recommended, up to 100 phones, solo or in teams. Everyone plays on their own phone at the same time.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan a QR code and play in the phone browser. The big screen is a web page on any laptop connected to the LED wall, projector or TV, and the host runs it from a console on a phone or laptop.

Can Baraat Conga carry our names, photos and branding?

Yes. At a wedding it carries the couple’s names, photos, monogram and hashtag (never sponsors); at a company event your logo, colours, values and team names; at a booth your product and brand. We set it up with your content before the day.

Is the AI real in the free trial?

The trial runs on simulated AI so it is free and instant, and every trial screen says so. At your event the game runs on real AI with your own content. Trials last 2 hours, up to 12 an hour from one network.

How is Baraat Conga priced for an event?

Per occasion, by the games chosen, the number of screens and the days on site. Send the date, city and rough guest count with the form on this page, and we reply with an itemised quote within one working day.
